How we work
Country Club MX is an independent advisory service. We help you choose a club and a lot, check the details before you sign and connect you with local providers for everything that comes after. One person, in English, Spanish or French.
What we do for you
Buying from abroad in another country is unsettling. Our job is to remove the uncertainty: understand what you need, show you real options and stay with you through closing and beyond.
- Search: we send you available lots and homes with price, plans and club rules.
- Review: before you reserve, we go over zoning, HOA fees, building rules and paperwork with you.
- Visit: in person or by video call, touring the club and the neighborhood you like.
- Closing: we coordinate with the notary and, if you buy from abroad, the bank trust (fideicomiso) or signing by power of attorney.
- After: golf carts, solar power, home watch and vacation rentals with local providers.
What we check before recommending a lot
Two lots in the same club can be worth very different amounts. These are the questions we ask the developer and the administration before recommending anything:
- Location in the club: golf, lake or jungle views, distance to the gate and amenities.
- Zoning: residential or mixed use, and whether short-term rentals are allowed.
- Building rules: height, minimum square meters and the deadline to start building.
- HOA fee: what you pay each month from day one, even before you build.
- Paperwork: deed or developer contract, lien certificate and survey.
Honest figures, even when some are missing
Some figures on this site are highlighted with a dotted border. They are numbers we are still confirming with the developer or the administration. We would rather tell you than make one up.
When you request a quote, we send you the current prices, fees and rules.
Where we work
Today we support purchases in Tulum Country Club, in the municipality of Tulum, Quintana Roo. Cancun and Merida are in preparation: we only open an area once we have verified clubs, prices and providers.
Who we work with
We work with developers and local providers who already know the clubs, their gates and their rules. For golf carts, for example, we work with carritodegolf.com.mx, a GOAT and Toro dealer in the Riviera Maya.
Your details are only shared with the developer or provider handling your request.
Get lot options and prices
We send you available lots and homes that fit your budget, with prices, HOA fees and plans. No obligation.
