Buying the house is the first step. Then it needs looking after, power when the grid fails, a way to get around the club and, if you want, someone to rent it out. We connect you with local providers and follow up for you.
How we work
We do not run the services ourselves: we work with local providers in each city. You tell us what you need, we introduce the provider that fits best, review the quote with you and follow the job until it is done.
We work in English, Spanish or French, and if you live abroad we coordinate everything remotely.
One contact for your home
If you bought with us, we already know your house and your club. If you are new, we start with a visit and a report on the condition of the property.
